=Drunken Crazy Method= (with apologies to the Retarded Fingolfin Method) Plants need a particular set of nutrients to grow. The goal is to prep the soil so we start just above the bottom of the grow range or just below the top of the grow range. Then we dump the same amount of stuff every round climbing towards the other limit. I start with measuring tools and dumping lots of crap to see what the plants eat (or look at an existing recipe). Then I try and tailor a goo that is mostly that stuff. Then I try to get a grow on the first round and figure out a constant dump rate that grows most of the time. If I can't tweak the dump rate (2x lots, lots+some, etc) to get to harvest before the plant goes into a tail spin I try changing out a water or air so the mix is slightly different. If that still doesn't work I double all the ingredients (2x hippie 2x wayhaven water) and then change just half of one of the ingredients (2x hippie 1x wayhaven water 1x mexico water). It isn't hard to tweak once you hit on something that works at least some of the time. =Crazy's Goo Page= The farming mixer is under utilized. Here are my recipes for farming the easy way. To make goo buy one of each ingredient, enter the mixing room and "place <item>" then "push mix." To make it stupid easy "relabel" your goo; you can then do "dump lots canteloupe" to grow cantiloupes. It is foolproof!
